Snowy Valley provided a mixed experience. While the tranquil surroundings and spa services offered a much-needed respite, disappointment lingered. The indoor pool and sauna proved a relaxing escape after a day exploring. However, when attempting to dine, we encountered a frustrating communication lapse regarding bistro hours, leaving us hungry. On the bright side, the staff's friendliness somewhat offset these mishaps. The shower's fleeting hot water offered a brief comfort amidst the tepid temperatures. The shared lounge and billiards added a cozy touch to the stay. A stay marred by quirks but worth considering for those seeking a tranquil retreat.
